Drinking water
Up to 80% of all sickness in underdeveloped countries can be traced back to contaminated drinking water. The situation with the drinking water is especially devastating in Bangladesh. Apart from contamination through bacteria, arsenic pollution is another big challenge. Filtration of drinking water is a minimum standard in all the schools. On some school grounds, especially deep wells had to be sunk in order to receive good and arsenic free drinking water.
